Hello. I am here in Edinburgh living with Mr D and two young children, my girl Miss D and my boy Little C. When I was a young girl growing up in Yorkshire, (long, long ago), I loved to draw, paint and make things. I loved a blank page which could become a pretty picture, or a bunch of ingredients which could transform into a tasty cake! Not much has changed really. I still get the same excitement when my mind is bubbling with new crafty ideas or when I wake up with the baking bug. Only now I have this crazy idea that I might actually make a living from it!
I studied Costume design here in Edinburgh and still work part time as a costume designer/maker. But when time allows I am usually found in mywee craft cupboard lovely bright studio under piles of colourful felt and vintage fabrics. I hope to dig my way out as much as possible to say hello so do stop by for a chat. x
